ME in Motion™ is a four-week social-emotional learning and wellness enrichment program designed for preteens and teens. Through engaging activities and reflection, students build practical skills in understanding emotions, using their voice, making thoughtful choices, and knowing when and how to seek support—tools they can carry into school, home, relationships, and everyday life.

ME in Motion™ is an educational enrichment program and does not provide psychotherapy or clinical mental health treatment.
Young people learn to recognize their emotions, understand their emotional temperature, and identify what they need before feelings become overwhelming.
Use Their Voice With Confidence
Students practice expressing feelings, needs, and boundaries while learning how words, tone, and body language shape communication.
Make Thoughtful Choices + Seek Support
Students learn what they can control, how to respond instead of reacting, and when and how to reach out to trusted people for support.
