We hold the Love Restored project close to our hearts. This is not just a workbook—it is the result of four years of vision, intention, growth, and unwavering belief in the power of repair. What began as a dream has now become something tangible, real, and ready to be shared.

This project was built through our clinical expertise and real-life experiences working with couples navigating conflict, disconnection, and the desire to love better. Every page was written with meaning, purpose, and the hope that it would serve as a guide for growth, healing, and restoration. We wanted this to be more than theory; Love Restored is lived, relatable, and deeply human.

As we wrote and organized the material, we found ourselves in a constant dance between excitement and nervous anticipation. Excited to finally see the vision taking shape, and anxious knowing that soon, others would be reading words that were once only in our hearts, notebooks, and late-night conversations. There is a vulnerability in releasing something you care so deeply about into the world.

And while this has been an incredibly rewarding journey, it has not always been easy.

From countless hours of research about self-publishing, to hand-selecting editors who could truly honor the integrity of this work… from reviewing feedback that challenged us (and made the vision even stronger), to obsessing over font sizes, page margins, formatting, and layout. There were multiple uploads, endless PDF previews, and many “almost there” moments. Every detail mattered to us, because you matter to us.

It’s here. It’s done. It’s real.

Love Restored: Grace Under Pressure is no longer just a dream—it is a finished work, ready to be held, read, and used. We are incredibly proud of this labor of love and deeply grateful to every editor, supporter, and community member who walked alongside us in this process.
